What the app does
A guide for the weekend, and a notebook after you leave.
You can browse as a guest, or create an account to save homes, keep a tour, and stamp your Passport. Builders and realtors on a home’s staff roster sign in to the dashboard to answer interest and keep listings current.
Plan your weekend
Save homes and build a tour so you know which stops to make across the three Parade weekends.
Stamp your Passport
When you arrive at a home, the app can check you in and stamp your Parade Passport. Look back at the homes you actually walked.
Ask the builder
Request information on a home you like. Your name, contact details, and note go to that builder’s staff.
Keep private notes
Write notes and add photos for yourself. Those stay on your account and are not shared with builders.
For builders and realtors
Staff use the builder dashboard to manage listings, see who asked for information, and get lead-alert emails.
